What You Need to Know
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available on request, subject to room availability at no additional charge where possible.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 7+ days before arrival. Within 7 days: 50% of first night applies. No-shows: first night charged in full. Group bookings (5+): separate terms apply.
Payment
Payment in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK). We accept cash and direct bank transfer. Full payment or deposit required to confirm reservation — details provided upon booking confirmation.
Meals & Dining
Breakfast included in Deluxe Room, Standard Room, and Conference Room. Unit 1 — Premium Room: breakfast available from K25. All meals included in Conference Room suite.
